However, silver that is worn regularly often requires less maintenance. At ELEMENTS, we encourage you to wear your silver jewelry every day to keep it looking its best.

ELEMENTS Silver Care 
To maintain the beauty of your silver jewelry, use a small amount of ELEMENTS silver cleaner on a soft cloth. Gently rub the silver several times, then rinse thoroughly in warm water and dry carefully. This process will help remove tarnish and restore shine. Please avoid exposure to chlorine and bleach, as these can accelerate tarnishing.

Once cleaned and polished, silver should be kept dry and stored properly. Our ELEMENTS protective bags will shield your jewelry from scratches and help prevent tarnishing.

Special Considerations 
An oxidized finish is a deliberate darkening of certain areas in the design to enhance decorative details. Be cautious, as excessive cleaning and polishing can remove this finish.

Storing ELEMENTS Silver Products 
Silver should always be kept dry. If you use your silver frequently, minimize exposure to air and store it in a tarnish-resistant cloth, such as the flannel pouch provided with your ELEMENTS jewelry or a silver storage box.

Good storage solutions include tarnish-resistant fabric linings with separate compartments for each piece. In humid climates, consider placing a small packet of desiccant crystals in your storage area, whether it's a closed box or a flannel roll. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products, as sulfur in rubber can cause tarnishing and corrosion.

If your silver changes color and you're not near an ELEMENTS store or don't have a cleaner, the best option is to visit any jeweler, where your silver can be easily polished by a professional in just minutes.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders starting from $200. Once your order has been processed, we will supply you with a tracking number so you can easily monitor your shipment. Delivery times vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

This Returns and Exchanges Policy (referred to as the "Policy") is an integral part of our Terms of Use (the "Terms") and includes all definitions and conditions outlined in the Terms. Any terms not defined in this Policy shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms.

Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you receive your order. All returns are subject to approval by ELEMENTS Jewelry, and we reserve the right to decline a refund at our discretion. The jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, instructions, and documentation.

Exchange Policy

Eligible items may be exchanged for another product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt. Exchange requests are subject to approval by ELEMENTS Jewelry, and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange at our sole discretion. The jewelry must be in brand-new condition, unworn, and include all original packaging, instructions, and documents.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us through our "Contact Us" form within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that our fulfillment process is quick, and once the package is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

After 14 (fourteen) calendar days, we no longer accept returns or exchanges. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Jewelry repaired by third-party jewelers is not eligible for return or exchange. We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

Gift Exchanges

If you received a piece as a gift, it can be exchanged within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the original order was received by the purchaser. All exchange requests are subject to approval by ELEMENTS Jewelry, and we reserve the right to decline an exchange at our discretion. The item must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all packaging, instructions, and paperwork.

Initiating a Return

To return your item: Submit a request through our "Contact Us" form to initiate a return, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Visit one of our stores: If it’s more convenient, bring your item to one of our stores to complete your return or exchange.

Return Shipping

ELEMENTS Jewelry does not cover the cost of return shipping. When returning or exchanging an item, you are responsible for all associated shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ELEMENTS Jewelry cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and is not liable for lost packages.

Processing Refunds or Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 24-72 hours after we receive your package. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details sent to the email address provided with your original order.

To place an order using a gift card, please contact us for assistance, especially if you are located outside of our country. We will guide you through the process and arrange delivery if needed.

Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our store at any time to use your gift card in person.

To find your ring size, follow these steps:

1.⁠ ⁠Prepare a Thin Thread:

Use a thin thread (not a lace) and wrap it snugly around the finger where you plan to wear the ring.

2.⁠ ⁠Mark the Length:

Where the thread overlaps, mark the spot with a pen or marker to indicate the length of the thread corresponding to the circumference of your finger.

3.⁠ ⁠Measure the Length: Remove the thread and place it on a ruler with one of the marks aligned with the zero point. Measure the length of the segment between the two marks.

All prices on our website are shown in Indonesian Rupiah, as our brand is officially registered in Bali, where our production is also located. If you are outside of Indonesia, the currency on the website automatically switches to US Dollars.
